Shipping Policy

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped by Monday or Tuesday.

All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Once the package is in transit, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Once packages are picked up by UPS or USPS, they are out of our control.

Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact our team at Shopfiddlehaushelp@gmail.com possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

In-Store Pickup: If you’ve selected in-store pickup, please pick up your order within 7 days of purchase. Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be ready by the end of the next business day.
